Everything you need to know before you book!

Q- I booked tickets but still haven’t received a confirmation email

  • Check your spam folder and if it still isn’t there call up the softplay or email us on info@weeplayhouse.co.uk

Q- I need to make changes to my booking

  • You can email us on weeplayhouse.co.uk and we will help as best as we can to make changes to your booking.

Q- Am I allowed to cancel

  • Bookings can only be amended or rescheduled 48 hours prior to your booking.

Q- What are the peak and off peak timings

  • Peak- weekends, holidays, Bank holidays
  • Off peak- All the other times

Q- What are your opening and closing times

  • Monday- Friday 9am- 7pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 9am-8pm

Q- Do the staff supervise the kids

  • The parents are responsible for watching over their kids. The staff are their to ensure the play equipment is in correct use

Q- What should the kids wear

  • It is advised that the kids wear comfortable/breathable clothing or sportswear. Ensure long sleeve and trousers are worn to avoid any burns on the play equipment. No shoes are allowed on the frames. Only socks must be worn at all times.

Q- Can we bring our own food

  • Outside food is not allowed in the centre. We have a café and a dessert shop that will provide food to our guests with lots of options. Baby food and any kids with severe allergies are an exception.
